Chess questionnaire for the hearing impaired people

The questionnaire is aimed at people with hearing impairments, passionate about chess.

The purpose of the questionnaire is to understand the conditions of access and adhering to the game of chess for deaf people.

The questionnaire is conducted by Landward Research Theoranta (Ireland) in collaboration with the project partners.

Sports Club of the Deaf "Silence" Cluj (C.S.S.T.) is a non-profit and apolitical association dedicated to promoting sport as an essential means of social integration and health for people with hearing disabilities.

The activity objectives of C.S.S.T. Cluj are the following: are as follows:
• Practicing sports activities in the following fields: athletism/cross, bowling, table tennis, mini football, beach volleyball, tourist orientation, chess, backgammon, darts etc.;
• The participation of club’s sportsmen in the national championships and competitions;
• Establishing of colaboration relations with other similar clubs in the country and abroad;
• Recruitment and training of the most talented sportsmen.
